Lough Aderra features in the

Boston Irish Reporter

Reporter, Judy Enright spent a holiday in Ireland this Spring (2008) and enjoyed a stop at Lough Aderra where she treated the swans to some scones made by a graduate of the Ballymaloe Cookery School, no less. (I was wondering why they'd gotten so choosy!)

When she got back home she wrote a piece for the Boston Irish Reporter, which was published in the September edition. Judy kindly sent a copy of the published article to the Community Council - thank you Judy and be sure to make yourself known on your next visit..
